A narrow defeat 47-64.  The weather was dreadful.  Heavy rain.  We played for as long as we we could until it became so bad that both captains agreed to end early.  Each rink had to complete 15 ends instead of 21.  Some of us were fighting back but it was virtually impossible with the bad weather.  One of our rinks did win though 17-13.  They won it on the last two ends.  This team was led by Andy Davies and included, Malcolm Thomas, Maurice Cox and Peter Bagwell.  We were well and truly wet through but spirits were good.  Ystrad Mynach were excellent hosts and looked after us well.  There was some really nice food and cake laid on and we all ate and had a drink together.  Really lovely, friendly people.
