Weather was not brilliant.  Very cloudy, quite windy and it did get a little chilly as the evening went on.  While a loss for us the match was enjoyed by all.
We were unable to put together a full team.  Two of our rinks had only 3 members while the other 2 rinks had the full 4 members.  One of the rinks with only 3 players had a very close match.  This was led by Barry Bagwell as skip and playing with him was Justine Dyer and Bruce Ford.  They were in the lead until the opposition bowled their last wood and they then won by 15 – 17 points.  They all played brilliantly.  The other 3 rinks lost.  The opposition players were great fun, friendly and very helpful, especially to the new members who are playing in their first season.  Thanks Millwood for a great evening.  You all played brilliantly.
