A loss 52 – 80 – Won 1 rink.  One rink came from 5 – 13 down and fought back well to only lose 16 – 17.  Was close to making it a draw on the last end.  Fabulous conditions to play again with the weather and lovely opposition.  It was an enjoyable game.  While we are losing more than we are winning we are still getting points for each rink we win and we seem to be winning at least one rink in most games.  The scores, unfortunately, are not reflecting on how well we have played.  We are playing oppositions who have been playing for many years and are just able to knock us off the jack, get more woods closer than we can, cut us down on how many woods we have in the count.  This has been the case for many of our matches, but it does not stop us having fun and enjoying our bowls.  However, we are waiting for that next win.
