While we had a very heavy loss 35 – 125

This match was very different for us as Cowbridge green is not grass but an outside carpet. Very different way to playing on grass and an unfamiliar surface for us. We were working very hard all through the match to work out how best to play. We did play some amazing shots but unfortunately Cowbridge knew their green and played brilliantly.

Cowbridge were amazing hosts. Everyone had a great fun. The laughter could be heard all through the match. Despite the score an incredibly fun time was had.

We very much look forward to hosting Cowbridge at our green at the end of July. A very different surface for them. Fingers crossed that we can get a win.
